Tarnanthi - Bunganditj Kala! Yankunytjatjara Wangka! Keeping Ancestral Voices Alive

This exhibition celebrates the efforts of two Aboriginal communities to preserve and revive South Australia’s unique and important Aboriginal language heritage. It features original works by Yankunytjatjara artist Myra Kumantjara, Bunganditj artists Belinda Bonney and Leshia Goldsmith, and First Nations school students from across the southeast of South Australia.
The exhibition is a partnership between the South Australian Museum, the University of Adelaide’s Mobile Language Team, Iwantja Artists and Burrandies Aboriginal Corporation.
