This First Friday draws inspiration from the desert, specifically the legacy of Western Arrernte artist Albert Namatjira, whose descendants are celebrated in the Tarnanthi display titled The Namatjira Collection. Enjoy the soulful sounds of Ntaria Choir and learn how to cook native bush food. As part of our ongoing collaboration with the Guildhouse through The Collections Project, we’re also launching an unprecedented double-billing of two artists, Maarten Daudeij and Raymond Zada.

First Fridays are presented by the Art Gallery of South Australia with support from Santos and InDaily.
