Awakening: Art of Buddhism

Awakening: Art of Buddhism is a testimony to the extraordinary traditions of Buddhist art found throughout Asia. Presenting works of art from the three great schools of southern Theravada, northern Mahayana and Tantric Vajrayana Buddhism, Awakening unites works of art from the Gallery’s collection as well as private collections and is the first time many of the works have been shown on display in Adelaide.
