Sit virtually with artists from Anindilyakwa Arts on Groote Eylandt and learn to weave using materials prepared by the artists and their communities. Celebrated for their bush-dyed silk and innovative use of found materials, the artists from Anindilyakwa love to laugh, tell stories and share their culture. Join them online at Tarnanthi and make a basket or flat weaving to hang on your wall.

The price of this event includes everything you need to get started. Once you have purchased your ticket, the Tarnanthi team will send you a weaving starter kit in the mail. All proceeds go directly back to artists and their art centre.
