Enjoy art making, music, performances and tours on the first Sunday of every month
Craft to capture a slow-moving tableaux of your own in costumed, choreographed moments in a program that puts you in the frame.
Book into activities on arrival, with the exception of Auslan Guided Tours, which are to be booked online. Registrations open at 10.30am. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Start Discovery Tours
Find the faces framed in the collection on Guided interactive art experiences for toddlers, teens and in-betweens.
Meet in the Atrium
Duration 20 minutes, tours every half hour
11am Auslan Discovery Tour
Take an Auslan interpreted Discovery Tour for deaf and hearing-impaired children and/or parents.
11am-3pm
Nylon Zoo
Explore Evelyn Roth’s colourful inflatable wonderland.

Start Art Workshops
Practice portraiture in miniature to make a wearable work of art and become a moving portrait in the photobooth.

Start Sketch Tours
Join artists Lauren Herraman and Gemma Rose Brook on a drawing journey.
Meet upstairs in Gallery 7
12pm Auslan Sketch Tour
Take an Auslan interpreted Sketch Tour for deaf and hearing-impaired children and/or parents.
Start Sounds
Move to music mixed by DJs Angel and Jay Gonsalves on the decks.

Move and meditate with Blooming Hearts Yoga.

Storytelling Performances

Choreography with the Collection
Be moved by art with creative choreographers Jessie McKinlay and Tanya Voges.
Duration 30 minutes, sessions every half hour. Meet at The Studio entrance.
