AGSA is open late on the first Friday of every month until 9pm with a curated program of live music, talks and tours.

Join us to celebrate 30 years of the Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art. Take a tour of the exhibition then sit back and unwind to the folk sounds of Ghost Thief.

Choose your own adventure and take a tour of the 2020 Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art: Monster Theatres or enjoy highlights from the collection, focusing on art and feminism to celebrate International Women’s Day.

Musical Performance
Inspired by sixties guitar riffs, the Adelaide-based folk band Ghost Thief will entertain you with vocal harmonies inspired by Patti Smith, Johnny Cash and Nick Cave.

Curator Conversation
Join artist Tom Moore and Dr Lisa Slade the Assistant Director, Artistic Programs at AGSA and previous curator of the Adelaide Biennial, to reflect on past exhibitions and the thirty-year legacy of the Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art.
