Join us on the First Friday of every month for a curated program of live music, talks and tours
Imagine a new future with artist Sera Waters and Melissa Keys, Senior Curator at Heide Museum of Modern Art as they discuss how ancient textile traditions can create a sense of hope in the face of climate change. Learn how to capture the essence of our landscape's beauty in a painting workshop with accomplished artist Gemma Rose Brook while sipping on a complimentary glass of wine provided by our friends at Jansz Tasmania. Start your night in the courtyard and discover local electronic dance artist Simon Loucas or enjoy some smooth soulful jams with Adelaide’s own Rob Edwards.

Join us for this engaged discussion between artist Sera Waters and Melissa Keys, Senior Curator at Heide Museum of Modern Art set against the backdrop of Waters’ current Guildhouse Fellowship exhibition, Future Traditions.

Painting Workshop - Landscape techniques with Gemma Rose Brook
Be inspired by the contemporary landscape paintings currently on display in Bewilderness: Recent acquisitions then create your own painted landscape. Artist Gemma Rose Brook will guide you through a series of art techniques used to capture the essence of our landscape’s beauty. Gemma's practice captures landscapes through an en plein air approach, allowing her to submerge herself in the process of creation whilst strengthening her connection to the land she paints on. Enjoy this painting experience with a glass of wine in hand thanks to our friends at Jansz Tasmania.

Looking for a live sound? Local Legend, Rob Edwards will provide that. After a big 2022, the RnB artist will be joining us at the Gallery for a night of some soulful jams. There are big things on the horizon for the Arrernte Artist and you’d be kicking yourself if you missed out.
