Warm up your winter night with us this First Fridays. Hear from Curator of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Nici Cumpston then enjoy the soulful sounds of Barkindji song woman Nancy Bates and Kyarna Rose hailing from the Yuin Nation. Take a tour of contemporary works in the collection or the display Pure Form: Japanese sculptural ceramics. Warm up with winter treats for your taste buds from the team at AGSA_eat.

Musical Performance
Join musicians Nancy Bates and Kyarna Rose for soulful sounds in the AGSA courtyard. Kyarna Rose is a gifted songwriter originating from the Yuin Nation debuting at the Art Gallery of South Australia. Nancy Bates is a Barkindji woman from Far Western NSW and an award-winning song maker.
