May - Surrealism

Surrealism finds magic and beauty in the unexpected and uncanny, the disregarded and the unconventional. With a focus on the principles, ideals and practice of producing fantastic or incongruous imagery or effects by means of unnatural or irrational juxtapositions and combinations, this workshop draws on AGSA’s display inspired by the surrealist worldview.
