You/your school will be invoiced and required to pay the full amount in the event of late cancellation (less than 48hours) or no-show.

Amendments to your booking must be made two weeks prior to your visit to the Gallery. This ensures our paid facilitators and volunteer Gallery Guides have adequate notice of any change.

If SA Government health advice changes you will be offered the option to reschedule to a later time, or suspend your booking with no payment required. This includes outreach workshops.

If a facilitator is unwell on the day and unable to deliver your session we will do our best to find a replacement. However, sometimes this may not be possible in which case we will reschedule your session to a date and time that suits you.
