How can we tell a story about ourselves with pictures?

Can we enhance our story with the way our picture is framed?

This learner based workshop provides an opportunity to explore the gallery’s collection and discover more about the art of portraiture. What is the purpose of the frame and how does it change our perception of the art?

One of our trained facilitators will visit your school and deliver a workshop that responds to works of art in the collection.

We encourage teachers to participate in the workshop however the teacher is responsible for duty of care and behaviour management of the class and must be present for the duration of the session.
